Frequently asked questions
Buying IT hardware from PrinterBullet — quotations, delivery, warranty and payment.
How do I get a price?
Every product page has a “Request Quotation” button — submit it (or WhatsApp us) and you get an itemised written quotation, normally within one working day. There is no cart or checkout: enterprise hardware is priced per project, so quantity, licensing and installation scope all affect the final number.
Are the products genuine? Do they carry Malaysian warranty?
Yes. Every unit is supplied through the authorised Malaysian channel and carries the manufacturer's local warranty, serviced by the manufacturer's authorised network. We assist with registration, claims and escalation for everything we supply.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 working days of confirmed payment, nationwide across Malaysia. Indent and configure-to-order items follow the manufacturer lead time stated on your quotation.
What are the payment terms?
Bank transfer in MYR. Hardware is payable on or before delivery; licences before activation; approved corporate accounts can apply for 30-day terms. Prices exclude SST, which is itemised on the quotation where applicable.
Can I return a product?
Faulty-on-arrival units are replaced under the manufacturer DOA programme — report within 7 days. Change-of-mind returns are not standard for B2B and special-order items, but talk to us before returning anything and we will issue RMA instructions. See the Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy.
Do you install what you sell?
Yes — our own engineers deliver, rack, configure and commission enterprise equipment (firewalls, networks, servers, NAS, UPS, CCTV), and support it afterwards with maintenance agreements. Installation is itemised separately on the quotation.
