Standard payment terms for orders with PrinterBullet (Reg. No. 002050530-X). The terms printed on your quotation or invoice prevail over this page.
Currency & tax (SST)
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Catalogue prices and quotations are stated excluding Sales & Service Tax unless marked otherwise; SST at the prevailing rate is itemised on the quotation and invoice where applicable. Prices for imported or USD-based items (e.g. certain licences) may be subject to exchange-rate adjustment at order confirmation — this is always stated on the quotation.
Payment methods
Bank transfer (preferred — account details on the invoice; please use the invoice number as the payment reference and email the remittance advice), and company cheque. We do not take card payments through this website; the catalogue has no checkout by design.
When payment is due
Unless credit terms are agreed in writing: hardware orders are payable on or before delivery; project and configure-to-order work may require a deposit stated on the quotation; software licences and subscriptions are payable before activation. Approved corporate accounts may be offered 30-day terms subject to review.
Quotation validity
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 14 days) and are subject to stock and manufacturer price validity. A request for quotation places no obligation on either party — see the RFQ terms.
Late payment & title
We may suspend deliveries or support on overdue accounts. Title in goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery (see Shipping & Delivery).
e-Invoice
Malaysian e-Invoice (LHDN MyInvois) is issued where required by law — provide your TIN and registration details with your purchase order to avoid delays.
