Returns, Refunds & Warranty

This policy applies to products supplied by PrinterBullet (Reg. No. 002050530-X) under a written quotation or invoice. Our supply is primarily business-to-business; nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
Dead on arrival (DOA)
If a product is faulty on first use, report it to us within 7 days of delivery with the invoice number and a description of the fault. DOA units are replaced or repaired under the manufacturer's DOA programme once the fault is verified. Keep the original packaging and all accessories — manufacturers require them for DOA claims.
Warranty
Every product we sell is a genuine unit supplied through the authorised Malaysian channel and carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page or quotation (typically 1–5 years depending on the product). Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer's authorised service network; we assist with registration, claims and escalation for equipment we supplied. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modification, consumable wear, or firmware/software issues caused by third-party configuration.
For equipment under one of our maintenance agreements, the response times and remedies in that agreement apply in addition to the manufacturer warranty.
Returns (RMA)
Contact us before returning anything — we will issue return instructions and, where applicable, a manufacturer RMA number. Returns without prior authorisation may be refused. Products ordered specifically for a project (including licences, special-order and configure-to-order items) are not returnable for change of mind; this is standard B2B practice and will be stated on the quotation where relevant.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed — for example a verified DOA with no replacement stock — it is made to the original payer by bank transfer within 14 days of the return being received and verified. Software licences and subscriptions that have been activated or delivered electronically are refundable only where the licensor's own terms allow it.
