Delivery terms for orders supplied by PrinterBullet (Reg. No. 002050530-X). Specific delivery dates and charges are always stated on your quotation — the quotation prevails over this page.
Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Malaysia — Peninsular and East Malaysia — using established couriers for parcels and arranged logistics for palletised or rack-mounted equipment. Deliveries to Klang Valley project sites can be made by our own team when installation is included.
Lead times
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 working days of confirmed payment or approved credit terms. Indent and configure-to-order items follow the manufacturer lead time stated on the quotation. Software licences delivered electronically are normally fulfilled within one working day.
Charges
Delivery within Klang Valley is often included for standard orders; outstation, East Malaysia, time-critical and heavy-equipment deliveries are quoted per shipment on the quotation. No hidden charges are added after order confirmation.
Risk & inspection
Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your stated address; title passes on full payment. Please inspect on receipt and note any transit damage on the delivery order — report shortages or damage within 3 working days so we can claim against the carrier and put it right.
Installation
Professional installation, rack-and-stack, configuration and commissioning are available for enterprise equipment and are itemised separately on the quotation. See Returns, Refunds & Warranty for DOA handling after delivery.
