This notice explains how PrinterBullet (Reg. No. 002050530-X, “we”), operator of the PrinterBullet catalogue, handles personal data you provide through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or request a quotation: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. When you use the Customer Portal: your login email and activity needed to show your own records. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; only cookies essential for the site to function (e.g. session security) are set.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver and support the products and services you request, and maintain our business records. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Disclosure
Data is shared only with our staff who handle your request and with service providers strictly needed to fulfil it (e.g. couriers, manufacturers for warranty registration). It may be disclosed where required by Malaysian law.
Storage & security
Data is stored on systems we control, protected by access controls and audit logging, with routine backups. We retain it as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations.
Your rights
