The FC111A-20 is a 100M media converter designed to bridge copper Ethernet and fiber optic networks. It uses WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology to transmit and receive data simultaneously on one single fiber, eliminating the need for dual fibers in many deployments.
